Rediscover your physical, mental and emotional balance in Hoteles Desconecta2 with our ‘Find your Balance’ retreat, which runs from the 7th to the 9th of October 2022.
This completely unique course is a partnership between art, nature and self, giving you the chance to learn about new habits and resources to optimize your health, resilience and ability to face life with less stress.

About Gaëtane Hermans
This retreat was created and is run by Gaëtane Hermans, who is a Mindfulness & MBSR teacher certified by the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health care and Society, an Art Therapist qualified by the Faculty of Medicine of the François Rabelais University of Tours, and a yoga teacher certified by the Institute of Yoga Studies in Tarifa, Spain.
