Rental conditions

The facilities must be returned in the same condition as at check-in. Otherwise, an additional charge may be applied.
Organizing events is not allowed without prior agreement with Hoteles Desconecta2.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Check-in: 2:00 PM – Check-out: 12:00 PM.
A deposit is required, to be paid as follows: Pre-authorization on your credit card (amount not charged).
The deposit amount should be confirmed with Hoteles Desconecta2.

Booking conditions

Deposit at the time of booking: 30% of the total stay.
Payment of the remaining balance: The remaining 70% must be paid one week before arrival.

Cancellation policy

Any changes or cancellations must be sent via email.
Cancellation from 15 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation (equivalent to the deposit) will be retained.
Cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival or No Show: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
